Land analysis
Spatial analysis and map production for landowners, brokers, title companies, and developers who need accurate geographic data to support acquisition, due diligence, and land use decisions. Work is delivered as publication-ready maps, georeferenced spatial data, or both.
Utilities
End-to-end GIS services for water and sewer districts, public utilities, and municipal agencies. From initial needs assessment through system setup, data migration, and staff onboarding — structured as a defined engagement so scope and cost are known before work begins.
Ongoing Support
Some organizations need consistent GIS expertise without the overhead of a full-time position. This practice offers monthly retainer arrangements, general service agreements, and one-on-one training for teams that want a knowledgeable resource on call who is already familiar with their data.
